Overview

We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. If you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, or feel that any of our products are not working as expected you may be eligible for a refund. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our team will look for the possibility to fix the issues before issuing the refund. In some cases, we might even offer to resolve an issue for you.

Your issued refund must meet the following conditions:

  • After purchasing, installing and testing the plugin, with help of our team without any resolved issue.
  • By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
  • We reserve the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.
  • The refunded item is not a Gift Card and/or Coupon
  • Refunds issued after 14 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund

Warranty

Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.

Objectionable Content

We will not provide service and/or support for organization which demonstrate the following:

  • Hate speech
  • Religious intolerance
  • Incitement to commit violent acts
  • Racial or sexual discrimination
